activAeon Limited announce today the availability of its new on-line customer support portal.
“Giving our customers the ability to interact with us via the web has always been important to us,” said activAeon Limited Director, Lisa Johnson. “Our customers have always been able to use e-mail to generate support incidents with us; now however they have access to a dedicated support portal that will allow them to log and manage all their support cases”.
activAeon's support portal allows customers to create support incidents, manage incident status and exchange data with activAeon's support team using a state of the art web-based system.
